This home is vacant and getting ready to sell (I'm the realtor) It's 1611 sq feet. owner said it's not too bad but needs a good cleaning - I haven't seen it yet. We're having the grout cleaned first so not sure exactly when yet as I'm just now scheduling. But I'm thinking to have the house cleaned within the next 2 weeks. Also need the windows washed. It's a single level home. Carpets just need vacuumed. would like front and back patios hosed off if possible.
