The house is very small with a loft. It is in the woods, about 20 minutes from either Hope or Prescott. We need a light cleaning, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and light vacuuming, and the front and back porches need to be sprayed down. I will not be there as I usually live in Dallas. but our parents are at 1259, about 50 yards away. I am more than happy to be on a speaker call or video call or answer texts with questions prior to or while cleaning. All necessary cleaning supplies are onsite, but our parents are our neighbors at 1259, about 50 yards away if anything is needed.
