Move chairs, mop floors, clean exposed areas of bookshelves/pictures, vacuum all carpets Including stairs. Clean exposed baseboards. Be as fragrance/smell free as possible! I am a 100% disabled veteran. You will be the fourth Cleaners, so no one yet that I would hire on a regular basis!
