Tile bathrooms, laminate flooring in two bedrooms and carpet in one, hallway, living room and dining room are hardwood, linoleum in the kitchen, carpet on stairs to basement, tile throughout the basement including the bathroom. I'm not too concerned about the basement because I have a shop down there. There is another room that can be used as a bedroom but it doesn't have a window in it.
