This is a 100-year-old home. I have two dogs who are curious and friendly. Tile floor with grout problems in kitchen. New bath with walk in shower upstairs and 1/2 bath downstairs. I need my bathrooms, hallways, stairs, living, and dining room, kitchen, and small sitting room downstairs cleaned. First time will require a little more effort to get in shape. After that, general cleaning every two weeks with a deep clean every six months. I will take care of bedrooms. There are other areas of the house which I might need help with on special days.
