I have all hardwood floors. I would really like them to be cleaned twice a month, and bathrooms on the first floor only. I have two dogs, one can be kenneled if needed, the other is a big yellow lab, once introduced he will be your best friend. It would only be the main floor for cleaning. Just floors(sweep and scrub) and 2 bathrooms.
