Kitchen, dining room, powder room and family room have hardwood floors with area rugs. The powder room also has hardwood flooring. The master bedroom has carpet. The master bath and laundry room have ceramic tile. Kitchen countertops are solid surface. The guest room is on the second floor and stairway are carpeted. The guest room and guest bath are only used occasionally. The guest bath is tiled. I live alone and have one short haired cat. I have a central vac system and prefer Bona products are used for hard surface flooring. My current cleaner has had some recent health issues and is unable to work.
