Looking For Non-Judgemental Cleaner For Our Family

We're a very neurodivergent family in need of a non-judgmental cleaning person to do weekly cleanings of our home. We tend to get stuff blindness which leads to clutter or messes we forget exist. There are multiple disabled people in our family which makes keeping up with the house difficult due to lots of appointments. We're basically looking for someone to help keep the house from getting overwhelming and take care of weekly maintenance. The rooms included would be our two full baths (one on each floor) and kitchen (fridge too sometimes. Our kids room might need tidying occasionally but would not be a regular need. Note: We have 2 cats and a rabbit. The rabbit is in a room you wouldn't be cleaning and we can keep the door closed if you're allergic. Cats can also be put in a room you're not cleaning if need be.
