2, 500 sqft. 4 bd, 2 ba. 2 floors. dust light fixtures and blinds. clean cabinet drawers, countertops, windows, sinks, vanities, showers, toilets, etc. vacuum hardwood floors. no carpets in the unit, so NO carpet cleaning needed. clean inside of 1 fridge/freezer. stove/oven does NOT need to be cleaned as it is brand new, never used. ceiling in the living room is tall, so a telescopic duster is needed to clean the ceiling fans, but it is not essential if not possible. this is for a unit turnover so needing a deep clean.
