I need my mothers living area cleaned which includes her bedroom combined living rooms plus hallway, possible walk-in closer and bathroom. It is important the cleaning lady can work with my 100-year-old mother as far as respect and dignity. She does need things organized but its important to work with her and not just do it by yourself. Im thinking 3- 4 hours once a month would work. Maybe at least 4 hours the first month or two. I dont think the carpet is cleanable but no throw rugs please. Not sure if we can replace the carpet. My brother is the main caregiver and not easy to work with. The house and property is owned by LLC which he has the highest percentage so basically owns it. Any issues with him needs to be shared with me, the daughter, Julia I live mostly in AZ though we make business trips to southern Mexico.
