Looking for an estimate for my elderly brother-in-law. He lives alone in a ranch-style home. Home hasn't been cleaned for years, and there's lots of clutter. He is 71 and uses a walker, difficulty bending. He is home-bound. I may or may not be able to convince him to allow me to declutter. Initial cleaning would be extensive. Then regular upkeep after that, if he approves of person and pricing.
