Looking for someone to clean on a regular basis, but varied schedule based on rentals. Responsibilities will include getting the house ready for the next guests: laundry of towels, sheets, etc., making up beds, thorough cleaning of all rooms, stove and refrigerator as needed. Additionally, minor outdoor straightening, including placing outdoor furniture in its correct place. Other responsibilities include restocking tissues and toilet paper and organizing closets. Cleanliness is one of the most essential criteria for most rental properties, so your work is reflected in the reviews and critical for the continued success of the rental. Ideal person will have experience and references, is flexible and can be a home manager as well as cleaner.
