Short term rentals in a tourist area. We have 10 cottages on 3 acres. 1, 2 and 3 bedroom. All have a single bath. We provide linens, vacuum, broom, toilet paper, paper towel and amenities, cleaning supplies and rags. We have off site professional laundry. Housekeeper will: change bedding, inspect and wash any dirty dishes, clean bathroom, dust, sweep inside and out, wet mop, wipe interior windows, clean AC filter, clean out fireplace ashes if used, wipe exterior porch table, empty charcoal from grill if used, reset chairs, and ensure when the next guest arrives it looks like no one has ever been there. Can provide schedule 3 weeks in advance. Rentals are primarily 3 - 7 night rentals. Cleaning is 3-4 days per week. ALWAYS on Saturday and Sunday. Some midweek cleaning needed primarily in Autumn and on dates my husband has chemo.
