Organizing: help organize cluttered home & keep it organized. Housekeeping: vacuum, dust, mop, bathrooms, dishes, recycling, garbage, laundry, change bed & towels. Maintain: pond & swim-spa - cleaning filters & adding chemicals. Maintain air filters & dehumidifiers; wi-fi & printers. Chauffer: drive me to and from airport - about 4x/yr. 5 Cats: clean up messes & litter boxes, clean & fill fountains & food bowls. Back-up kitty sitter. Outside - fill & clean bird feeders, water plants, weed, spray. Other duties as needed. Hours flexible. Position requires high levels of responsibility and independence. Pay dependent on experience. Cost-of-living increases, longevity bonuses, and paid time off. Employer is highly sensitive to odors/no-smoking in house.
