About our house: Our house is large, but most of the routine housekeeping needs are for the primary floor and upper floors. Almost all tasks associated with our basement and outside will be needed on an ad-hoc basis whenever we anticipate houseguests. Hours: we are seeking someone that will work for 6 to 10 hours each week (Monday thru Friday), either 2 hours every day or up to 3 hours every other day. The time of day is up to you but must be between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. Tasks: There are tasks we'd like every day (dishes, wiping counters, vacuuming primary floor, etc.), tasks we'd like done at least once a week (laundry, basic bathroom cleaning, litter boxes, etc.), and ad-hoc tasks as the need arises (running the cleaning cycle on our espresso machine, cleaning shower/tub, guest room prep, etc).
