1200 square feet including one bath. One bedroom needs twin sheets changed each time. Cabinets and baseboards are white so need to be wiped down regularly. Furniture covers need to be vacuumed each visit. Dusting and hardwood floors mopped each visit. I have 4 cats, a dog and a parrot if you are allergic. Each visit would likely take 3-4 hours depending on how you rotate cleaning. My schedule is flexible though ideally I would like Friday mornings.
