I live in a 2 story condo with one bed and bath on the second floor. I do not have pets. One person lives here. Occasional family guests. (The building is a multi-unit condo with 8 floors. I live on 7th and the 8th floor. We have an elevator and a parking garage. I prefer to be the first person of the day. I am flexible about days of the week, but have difficulty getting to appointments on time when person is late. So do want someone who is punctual. I'll be looking at applicants and wanting to do some interviews after I return from a short vacation.
