Live alone, 1 bedroom apartment, no pets YET. In addition I would like a one time effort to help me unpack and organize things. Willing to pay more for this. May take multiple visits. My sleeping space is set up in living room. The bedroom will take a while for me to organize. Help with that doesnt need to be included in the one time clean - though that is negotiable. I am fairly flexible about day of the week and mornings/afternoon. Would prefer not to start early. Negotiable about whether I provide cleaning supplies or whether they are provided.
