Looking For A Regular House Keeper

I'm looking for an organized and dependable house keeper to help out around the house on a regular basis, not just with cleaning but also food prep, errand running, some care for the dog, and maybe some odd tasks like occasional yard help (very small yard) and changing the water in our hydroponic garden. Someone who has experience with houseplants and would be willing to help with the plants/dog while I'm away would be a great plus, but not required. I'm flexible in terms of time, but someone who can consistently come 3 or 2 days a week starting around 9 a.m. would be great. My household has one dog no kids and I work from home.
