About the job
We need someone to come in 4 p.m. - 7 p.m. Monday - Friday. Pay is $1600-$1700 per month, paid in two equal installments twice a month. Time off: - one hour of paid sick leave for every 40 hours worked. - two hours of paid time off per month. Duties: To be done every day - Load dishes into the dishwasher. - Clean the kitchen counter - Empty compost trash Twice a week - Drive kids to and from classes Once a week - Laundry and fold. 2-3 loads. - Clean bathrooms and toilets - Take out trash - Replace water in the robotic vacuum tanks. Once in two weeks - Vacuuming one room with a carpeted floor - Dusting common areas - Make beds. Do linen laundry - do laundry for kitchen towels once in 2 months - mop hardwood floors - clean all filters in the vacuum and replace bags if needed. To be done once in 4 months: - clean furnace filter - clean windows
