Looking For A Dependable House Cleaner For My Aging Father In Seattle.

I am looking for a house cleaner to help my aging father clean his house. He is 65 years old, but he has some early-stage cognitive/memory problems. So, at first, he might forget that we hired a house cleaner. He mainly needs assistance cleaning out his fridge/kitchen and taking out the garbage. We are only looking for help cleaning the upstairs floor of the house (excluding his bedroom). So that would be 4 rooms total (living/dining room, guest bedroom, bathroom, kitchen). Ideally, I am looking for someone who is reliable and who has a healthy dose of patience. I am mainly interested in making sure the house is clean and sanitary. It is okay to leave some of his clutter alone, as long as it doesn't accumulate to an excessive degree.
