I need entire house dusted and floors vacuumed hard surfaces mopped every month. Then I will pick 1 or 2 specific areas every month like thorough bathrooms or kitchen cabinets and stainless steal appliances to fill the time. I am very neat, no animals, no shoes in house, live alone. No picking up is ever required. I am flexible regarding schedule but prefer the same day and time every month. Ideal is first Wed of every month, 4 hrs, $25. Hr, noon to 4. I am retired. Just not before 10 a.m. or after 5 p.m. any day.
