The bedrooms only need light dusting, and the guest room can be skipped unless I mention otherwise. Also, I have a cat named Max who's very friendly-just be mindful of him trying to sneak outside. i'll provide all the cleaning supplies, and you can leave the key in the lockbox when you're done.
