Housekeeping Services For Single Elderly Parent

Bellingham home needs housekeeping services for an elderly parent who can't clean his rental house for himself. Primarily bathroom cleaning, kitchen cleaning, dusting wood floors and vacuuming some area rugs--he will need his bed linens changed, also (he can do his own laundry). I live out of state and can't help him, so we need to find a kind, honest person to come in once each month and help him keep his domicile tidy! Someone accustomed to elderly (and hard-of-hearing) folks would be a real plus!
