Hi, I am looking for a monthly cleaning of a 1 story 900 sq ft condo in South Burlington. Cleaning would not include bedrooms, so square footage is more like 600. One bathroom, kitchen, dining and living room. My housekeeper outgrew me a year and a half ago so I have been trying to maintain, but first cleaning would definitely need to be a bigger job, but in the past the maintenance cleanings normally took 90 minutes to 2 hours.
