Our townhouse is small (1350sqft), but has 2 beds/2 baths on the upper level. A basic tidying/cleaning of the spaces to keep the space fresh is what's mainly needed: cleaning/dusting the countertops, tables and assorted furniture. Couch and chairs kept tidy and fresh. Floor vacuumed with occasional mopping for the downstairs. Bathrooms wiped down to include shower and sinks. Bedrooms dusted and floors swepted. We do not have pets and there's easy parking in our secluded neighborhood. Would likely need it 1-2 times/month depending on quality of cleanings.
