Mother's Helper Needed - Weekly Ongoing

Hi. I'm looking for a mother's helper who can come in on one fixed day a week and run errands for me. I'm a single mom to a toddler with a demanding job and I'm struggling to keep up. We have a tiny 1 bedroom apartment. What I need: come in one or two days a week, do meal prep (cooking for one adult and one toddler, simple meals to last 3-4 days), cleaning (wipe counters, vacuum, clean the bathroom, change sheets, fold laundry). Someone with initiative, trustworthy and reliable, efficient and organized. Looking for a long term commitment possibly. Thank you!
