It is a 740 square foot apartment. One bedroom one bath and combine living/kitchen area. Bedroom and closet is carpeted. The rest is wood like flooring. Looking for every two weeks cleaning. Dusting, washing windows, mirror, shower, vacuuming carpet and rugs and cleaning wood like floors. No laundry, dishes or bedding need done. I do have a cat.
