Housekeeper Needed For House With Active Kids And Working Parents

We are looking for someone to clean and tidy up the main level of our house, every other week (maybe every week depending on availability). We have 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, kitchen, family room and dining room. Kids toys/art supplies, laundry, etc, need to be picked up/put away. We both work full time and have 3 young kids. We need someone that can spend a couple hours per visit tidying, then dusting, vacuuming, cleaning surfaces and bathrooms. During each visit, we would love an extra half hour to focus on something in detail (like cleaning cabinets or oven or fridge in the kitchen, or cleaning windows, etc). We can take care of washing/folding laundry and dishes before each visit. We need to find someone who is reliable, honest, and has attention to detail. We will always be fair and accessible. Hourly rate is negotiable with types of service that can be provided. We can provide supplies/equipment if needed. We have plenty of of space for parking. We would like to set a specific day per week for service, but can be flexible about which day. In general, we would not be home during service, but sometimes one of us does work from home (in which case we would be in the basement and out of the way.) We do have 2 large dogs (Great Pyrenees, super friendly)... but they would be in the laundry room (crated and separated from housekeeper) or completely away from the house during service.
