About the job
The home has two adults living in it, plus a dog and two cats. (Three of the bedrooms and one of the baths are unused, so will only need occasional attention. A third bedroom is in use but will not be cleaned.) I would like to start with a deep clean, followed by bi-weekly maintenance as follows: :: Kitchen - all surfaces (floors, walls, counters, sink, outside of oven and fridge, cooktop) :: Eating areas (2) - floors (vacuum & mop), walls, tabletops, dusting :: TV Room - vacuum, walls, dusting :: Bedrooms (1) - walls, doors, floors (vacuum & mop), dust :: Bathrooms (2. 5) - all surfaces It is possible that the deep clean will require two visits, which is fine with me. The bi-weekly cleans should be manageable with one 2- to 4-hour visit, depending on the number of workers. I will provide supplies unless you have something you swear by.
