- We are looking for someone detail oriented and thorough. I used to have my own house cleaning and organization business. - We do not have children. - We have a small dog that is not kenneled. She will bark but will not bite. - For allergy purposes please know that we have rabbits but you will not be expected to clean their area. - We would like to pay a flat rate not hourly. Looking for people willing to offer a free estimate. - Laundry needs are only for washing and folding towels/bed linens, not clothes. - We would like to agree upon a predetermined list of bi-weekly tasks, some alternating, to be done. - If interested in also being paid for walking the dog, please let us know, but it is not a requirement of the cleaning job.
