Looking For A Dependable House Cleaner For Family Living In Alamo Ranch

Looking for someone to clean 3 1/2 bathrooms in our Alamo Ranch home. It took previous person 3-3. 5 hours and would like someone who could do this every other week anytime during the week between 1 p.m. and 8 p.m. Also looking for someone (could be same or different person) to clean 1st floor (dusting, sweeping, mopping and vacuuming) and vacuuming 2nd floor. This would be according to same schedule as noted above but on a different day. Might be every other week to once a month. Would ask for a person to be non-smoker and to wear a mask (even if only surgical) as my mom is older and not in the best health so want to be careful with her. Finally we want someone who will actually show up to do the work on the day and time scheduled once we've come to an an agreement and not leave us hanging as a cancellation or a no show.
