Total area of the house is 1700 sq ft, however the area I need cleaning is for a living room/dining area, kitchen/breakfast nook, one bedroom and two bathrooms. This cleaning service is for my retired mother. Would need an initial deep cleaning and then twice monthly maintence cleanings.
