Looking For A Responsible, Conscientious Housekeeper For Our Home

We are a two mom family. We're both working professionals with doctorate level degrees. We keep a tidy, organized home, and we're looking for someone to put as much care and conscientiousness into cleaning and maintaining it as we do. We're a young family, with two dogs (goldendoodle and cockapoo - they don't shed), a 1. 5YO, and another baby on the way. We're seeking a bi-weekly housekeeper who can do all general cleaning, laundry, unload/load dishwasher, trash, changing bed linens, etc. We prefer the person brings their own equipment/materials, but this can be discussed. We will hire someone who holds themselves to high standards and arrives with experience, knowledge, and care. The right fit could have the opportunity to grow into a house manager/personal assistant with more frequent hours.
