Flexible Housekeeper For Working Mom Who Can't Keep Up

I'm looking for a professional who can come to my house and do what needs to be done to keep it tidy. Depending on the week, there may be toys everywhere and dishes in the sink that will need to be tidied before any vacuuming or cleaning can actually be done - I can't clean up before the House cleaner comes (you know what I'm talking about!). Of course I try to keep things picked up but I'm looking for help because I just can't stay on top of it by myself. I also require organization of some spaces like the kid's room or the pantry. I envision we will agree to a day of the week and how many hours you will work, and the actual work may change depending on what needs to be done. We can create guardrails on what you are willing to do of course, but I am looking for someone who can be flexible and resourceful. Any questions, please ask!
