Hi, my name is Theresa. We just moved from 3000 square ft to 1300 square feet.. I need help unpacking, finding appropriate places for items, decorating, and once everything is in order, weekly maintenance. This is no small task. I can offer at least 20+ hours. The schedule is flexible. I am looking for a very organized individual who loves this kind of work, takes initiative, listens well. References and pictures of previous work is preferred.
