Located in Waverly Place. New 2400 sq ft home 3x2 + office. Retired couple, 77, 76 with 7 house pets. 5 dogs, 2 cats, all friendly. Need level 2, or better, cleaning every other week due to medical scheduling. Wife is semi-ambulatory, husband is her ADA rep/caregiver. We have had 2 cleaning services in the past but results were below expectations and crew eventually changed with non-english speakers, which is not acceptable.
