This is a used park model that has been lived in by an older couple since it being new in 2017 they are in failing health and I have purchased it from them. It needs a total cleaning top to bottom including walls, ceilings, windows, bath, shower fridge oven floors a very small amount of carpet needs cleaning less than 10 ft. not in a big hurry I'm doing other maintenance work and will not be moving in till the end of the month.
