2-story house. Only the 1st floor needs housekeeping (only these areas: 1 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, livingroom, kitchen). 1st floor is all hardwood (no carpet), but a couple of rugs. Only 2 people live in the house, no kids, no pets, minimal foot traffic with any hostings. Primary care will be on the kitchen.
