I am needing to move out semi quickly (am moving for medical treatments) and cannot take time to do a good move out clean. Only the 2 bedrooms are carpet - the rest is tile (there is one spot on the DR tile floor that has had a black spot since move in). Any correspondence will mainly be by email as I am an HR recruiter and therefore on the phone all day.
