Looking For A Meal Prepper And Cleaner

Our apartment is about 645 sqfeet , our bed is near the kitchen, and our couch is the room just because of spatial issues. There's only one room with carpet and my house is typically clean as I said before we are just looking for someone to meal prep and occasionally clean whenever they can. We are looking for about four hours of work each week three of those would most likely be dedicated to meal prepping and one cleaning I need help with basic cleaning as far as floors, counters in kitchen and bathroom along with toilet and the mirror, I do have one living room with a carpet, occasionally laundry. More what I need help with is meal prepping as I am chronically sick and have no energy. If you know how to cook meals, and meal prep that's honestly all I need .
