FYI - only 2 bedrooms and bath are used regularly. The others are guest or half bath. Pets! We have two Labrador retrievers (purebred). One is 13, the other is 2. We have a 8-year-old cat. All pets are incredibly friendly. The oldest lab and cat will not bother you. We can crate the youngest lab, he is just energetic. Happy to do a meet and greet with pets. We are both professional scientists. We have a toddler in daycare. We are super flexible on the day and time of the week. Looking to start in December. Our prior housekeeper typically cleaned from 8 - 2 PM, every 2 weeks. Laundered 1 set of sheets, 2 sets towels during cleaning. If time, it'd be great if you could start a load of clothing, then dump it on top of the dryer (no need to put away/fold). But if not, that is ok.
