Looking For A Cleaning / Organization Pal

We are a busy family with young children seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and self-starting house cleaner and organizer to help maintain a clean and organized home. I usually keep things tidy, but the past few months have been hectic, and we need extra support. We're looking to start with an initial 3-hour cleaning session, with the possibility of transitioning to a weekly schedule. Initially, the focus will be on restoring order, but long-term, we'd like help with general house cleaning and maintenance. Day and times are flexible! (Care. com makes me put in a time.) Responsibilities include cleaning common areas, bathrooms, and the kitchen, organizing cluttered spaces, and helping set up effective systems.
