House and bardominium. This is a small ranch which is visited by different groups off and on. House and Barndo need a good cleaning probably once a quarter or before and after big events. Also, the only other need would be laundering the towels and bed sheets. Remake beds with provided sheets and only wash sheets and towels and fold. The normal, mop, vacuum, dust clean bathrooms etc.
