1. Must be a nonsmoker. 2. Must-not-have allergies to animals or dust. 3. Must be animal friendly, we have dogs, cats, birds and a horse. 4. Must be able to use a step ladder. 5. Must have reliable transportation. 6. Walls, doors/door frames, cabinets, ceiling fans, picture frames, light covers, floors, A/C vents, top shelves, items on shelves, stove, oven, microwave, base boards, refrigerator and/or laundry room washer/dryer may need to be cleaned. 7. No heavy harsh industrial cleaners. 8. Resident could possibly have some cleaning supplies readily available. 9. Possible long term consideration.
