In the middle of finishing last touches on repainting and adding crown molding in the near future. Have 1 full bath at the moment and is welcome to be used by housekeeper if needed. Kitchen is medium sized and hopeful to expand and make larger in the future. Just something to bear in mind for the following year and are open to any questions concerns.
