Looking For A Housekeeper To Do Laundry And Tidying

We are a busy family with three small children and two working parents. We already have a cleaning service that comes regularly for cleaning (bathrooms, mopping floors etc.). What we really need help with is laundry, organization, and tidying. We have not had someone doing these services yet, but I think we would like two partial days per week. Also open to a different schedule or discussion of what might work best. Prefer someone who has worked or is working in a similar role. Must have references.
