Looking For Help Around The House

I've recently developed/been diagnosed with several chronic conditions that severely limit my physical abilities. I'm looking for help around the house - mostly with dishes and laundry - on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. Schedule and pay are both highly flexible. I just need help staying on top of the typical upkeep so I can do the daily maintenance without getting overwhelmed. I have a big (very friendly) dog, but he doesn't know his own size so we can coordinate whether you want to get to know him or if you'd rather we keep him put up while you're at the house.
