The property has laminate flooring throughout. We have three pets; there is a lot of pet hair throughout, but no accidents to clean up after. Priorities are baseboard and cabinet cleaning, thorough mopping, and dusting throughout (including ceilings and ceiling fans). We won't need much organizing, no laundry or dishes, mostly looking to focus on deep cleaning the surfaces throughout the home. Might also book for window washing, oven clean, and/or microwave clean.
