Experienced Cleaning Professional Needed For Weekly Clean

I'm looking to hire a reliable and experienced cleaning professional for a weekly cleaning job every Monday at 10 a.m. or at noon. The position offers $18/hr, with the potential for more consistent work if everything goes well. Ideally, you are an independent cleaner who already has clients with space to accommodate a new one. Details: Date & Time: Every Monday at 10 a.m. or noon (first cleaning starts on 8/26/24) Estimated Duration: 4-5 hours per session Pay: $18/hr (with negotiable raises if your work is exceptional) Location: Bellaire, 2-Story home Requirements: -Must have prior experience in residential cleaning. -References are required. -Availability every Monday at 10 a.m. -Be prepared to accommodate a cleaning list provided by the client each week. -Typically, these tasks need to be completed weekly: (mop wood floors, bathroom, vacuum, kitchen, make bed, fold laundry) -with basic extras that may be provided via a list (i. e. dust teapots, wipe lower windows, etc.) Additional Info: There will be a one-month trial period to ensure a good fit for the cleaner, my company, and the client.
